Entertainment Enterprises was founded in December 1996. The company
maintains specialists
with experience in the areas of computer software development, specialized
communication and network connectivity technologies, education,
game design, business management and financial management. Our company
continues to grow and adapt to the changing needs of the digital
public.
4SHO
is creating an "edutainment" franchise with Verbosity
- Tools for the Mind!™ as the flagship product. 4SHO's implementation
of Verbosity - Tools for the mind™ at the Boys & Girls
Clubs throughout San Diego county has proven that this gaming concept
has a powerful attraction. Verbosity - Tools for the mind™
has also proven that 4SHO's underlying communication technology
allows connectivity and even group voice communication through Firewalls
and Network Address Translators (NAT). These are areas where most
applications do not work.
4SHO
has 2 main divisions: edutainment and communication . These divisions
continue to develop various product lines that will reach the varied
25 to 86 most-wired cities in the United States. This market will
progressively expand worldwide through the International (multiple
languages) versions of all products developed.
Complimentary
to its product work, 4SHO spent years developing a 3-D technology
software engine. This on-going technology outdistances the current
products available. 4SHO's ability to adapt and stay ahead of the
ongoing innovations of technology is its greatest asset.
4SHO takes advantage of the shortage and limitations of the Internet's
IP addresses throughout the world. These limitations, coupled with
economic reasons, force most users to share a single address through
the use of a Network Address Translator (NAT). Our networking connectivity
technology allows real-time communication and data exchange through
any device that is connected to the net, including NAT.
4SHO
has also designed a sample worldwide communications server, in conjunction
with the Verbosity Internet Server, that is online now. Anyone in
the world may download our Communicator application (www.4sho.com)
and talk to anyone else in the world.
These technological developments, including testing and implementation,
were created led by Rudy Mathieu. Mr. Mathieu has over 20 years
of expansive, labor-intensive low-level software programming experiences.

Team
Rudy
Mathieu, CEO - has over 22 years of Computer Programming experience
with knowledge of multiple programming languages; has designed a
variety of standard, multimedia and entertainment software programs;
extensive knowledge of computer software, hardware, network and
integrated configurations. Specializes in Advanced 2D and 3D Graphics
Programming, Sound, GUI, I/O, AI, Networking/Internet Connectivity,
Telephony, Timing, Creation/Modeling and handling of Graphics &
Sound, Various external utilities and tools for Sound & Graphics,
Design Flow, Game Theory, Level Design, Following through with production
from concept to shipping. Experience includes Win32/Win9x programming;
2D/3D Graphics and multimedia programming; Networking and Internet
programming; C/C++ and ASM Programmer; Computer Aided Designed;
Computer Hardware Maintenance; 3D Modeling, Animation & Rendering;
Film & TV Broadcast Technologies and Specifications (Directing,
Pre and Post Production including Scripting, Editing and Output
); Management/Supervision; Quality Control; Blueprints/Schematics;
Electronic Test Equipment; Safety Enforcement; Inventory Control,
Supply & Logistics; Implementing policy & procedures; Communications,
oral & written. Served 6 years in the U. S. Navy.
Louis
D. Ward, Jr., President - has over 20 years of experience
in Computer Training, supervision and instruction in varied
business capacities, including positions with Nordstrom Business
Institute, Atech Software, Apollo College and Realistic Automation.
Experience includes over 11 years experience of computer hardware
consultation; 20 years of computer training and supervision
and 7 years as a computer instructor with Nordstrom Business
Institute. Additional positions held were Marketing Director
and Bookkeeper for Realistic Automation, a proprietary and
commercial software design company; Senior Technical Advisor
for Atech Software, a font-design company; Desktop Publisher
for J & L Concepts, a marketing company; Computer Instructor
for North Park College; Admissions Representative for Apollo
College; and Salesman for Grolier Educational Products. Mr.
Ward served 10 years in the U. S. Navy as Sonar Technician,
both in the fleet and as an instructor, maintaining a Top
Secret clearance during that time. As a database programmer,
Mr. Ward designed: the MENTOR Student Management Program for
Vocational Schools; LEADS Lead Tracking Program for tracking
sales leads; S.I.S. Service Referral Program for co-op marketing
companies; Veteran's Administration Vocational Rehabilitation
Budget Tracking Analysis for the Veteran's Administration;
and the Montford Point Marine Association Accounting Program.
Pfuhl
& Knight Accountancy Corporation - provide clients
with timely, reliable accounting reports on a monthly, quarterly,
or annual basis. The company also provides a broad range of
tax related services including prepartion of individual, corporation,
partnership, LLC, trust and estate returns; tax planning for
individuals and businesses; payroll tax services; sales tax
return preparation; and retirement plan reporting. John W.
Pfuhl, CPA, has over 30 years of tax and accounting experience
working with hundreds of individuals, businesses, trusts and
estates. He is an active member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of
Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association
of Tax Preparers. Robert M. Knight, CPA, has over 15 years
experience finding solutions to the financial, tax and accounting
problems of individuals and businesses. He is an active member
of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants,
the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and
the National Association of Tax Preparers.
Laura
Smith - Over twenty years of administrative responsibility
with emphasis on financial aid management, including admissions
and enrollment management. Former Director of Financial Aid
at UNIVERSITY OF WEST LOS ANGELES - Inglewood, CA, Director

Gibson - President of Gibson Communications; 19 years
